  4. Written in a clear and well-organized manner as well as follow consistently the MLA style guide.

PREPARING A MANUSCRIPT FOR ANONYMOUS EVALUATION

In order to ensure that the assessment of both articles and creative works is carried out anonymously, it is asked of the authors to erase from their text any signs of their identity. We advise to follow these guideline:

-       The name of the author is not to show on the manuscript’s title page, heading or footer.

-       If the author cites a previous work of his/her own, the name must be replaced in the citation with “author” and the appropriate reference must be left out in the bibliography. This information must be added in the final version of the article, once the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

-       Omit every reference to previous versions of the articles, as well as notes of appreciation to institutions or colleagues that could would compromise the anonymity the author. This information can also be included in the final version.

-       The author’s name should also be erased from the electronic file of the article. This can be done under the “Properties” tab, when the file is selected.

SENDING YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Articles, creative texts and interviews must be submitted via email directly to the Editor (niebylski.LF@gmail.com).

Please, see Spanish version for full details.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

-       All contributions must be submitted with a brief letter or email. It must include the full title of the manuscript, the full name of the author(s), the institution to which they belong and an email address. It must be stated that the manuscript is unpublished and that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

-       Articles, in addition, must be submitted by a summary or abstract between 120-300 words that synthetize the central argument of the manuscript.

IMPORTANT: The cover letter and abstract should be submitted separately (each in a different document) so that the evaluators can carry out their job anonymously. These documents must be attached as “supplemental material” when the article is submitted to the OJS platform.
