Systems capable of transforming the way people engage ideas and works of creative expression are only beginning to be used in classrooms. Museums and libraries are free of many of the constraints faced by traditional school systems and have a unique responsibility to experiment and point the way. Many opportunities present themselves and a national effort (the Digital Opportunity Investment Trust) can provide a much needed increase in funding. ER -
